Tallassee, Alabama, “the Treasure on the Tallapoosa” is a small but growing town in South Central Alabama. Strategically located 10 minutes from I-85, 20 minutes to Auburn and the State Capitol of Montgomery.
Tallassee is the industrial core of Elmore county. Natural resources are bountiful with the Tallapoosa river running through the heart of Tallassee. Lake Martin is in our back yard. Tallassee is in the beginning stages of developing the Riverfront and Entertainment district. Tallassee is a wonderful place to escape the bustle of the city and decompress and enjoy family and friends.
